Боулінг -- (Bowling)

Howdy y'all Guess who bowled a turkey (3 strikes in a row) today while listening to "Let's Get It Started" by the Black Eyed Peas. Twas I. Thank you random Ukrainian bowling alley for playing "Let's Get It Started". Thank you will.i.am for producing quality content. As I'm sure it is obvious, I have much to be grateful for. I hope you had an awesome week! I know that we did out here in the promised land. We saw tons of miracles! I'll just hit the highlights: - Олег (Oleh) was ordained to the Aaronic priesthood yesterday, and it was awesome! He also got a calling, which is super hype! I love that guy! - Василь (Vasil) is all set for his baptism this weekend, it's going to be awesome! - Настія (Nastia) is reading the Book of Mormon every day and she loves it! We're hoping to set a baptismal date with her soon. - Артем (Artem) came to church, which was sweet! His work schedule is kind of сміття, so he can't come very often. But he joined and it was sweet! - One of my very favorite inactive members named брат Франк (Brother Frank) watched church over zoom on Sunday, let's goooooooo! - I found out in church as the meeting had already commenced and the first speaker had finished that I was also going to be speaking. So that was cool. - Elder Whiting of the 70 came and did a mission tour with us, and it was SWEET! I don't think I have ever learned more in 6 hours than I did on that day. Miracles are running rampant out here in Львів (Lviv). I love this place so much! Christ sure has His hand in the mix here every day. He loves us, and that is the reason for literally everything in the gospel. Look for the little miracles he does in your life, because I promise there are at least 100 every day. Those little miracles are how He says "I love you" when He can be right next to us physically. Write them down! I love y'all so much, and I hope you have an incredible Halloween! NOVEMBER IS WARM HERE

Hey you guys! So apparently I say I will get better at emails and then I turns out I only save 10 minutes to write these emails. Sorry about it. This week is going to be a short email, but this week was pretty great! I'll just hit the highlights! - We have had some awesome member meals this week, which has been great! We got fed by the Gonzalez family on Sunday which was so good! They don't speak English though, so that was quite the experience. I said lo siento a lot. - IT'S NOVEMBER AND 78 DEGREES! I'm loving it. I'm missing the snow, but I'm loving the sun. Since I can't ski, I think I prefer the sun right now. - We found a bunch of new people we're really excited about this week. We're hoping that they keep progressing! We have a ton of meetings set up for this next week, so we're crossing our fingers that they don't fall through. - Our friend Klaus came to church! He wore a Bane mask, so I could understand about 0% of the words he said...

I Knocked My Tooth Out

Hey everyone! The title is completely factual. I was biking down a road pretty fast (because there is no reason to go slow on the Lord's errand) and I was thinking pretty deeply about a lesson we had that night. Next thing I know I was on the ground and missing a tooth. I got thwacked by a pole that had a box hanging of it in the middle of the sidewalk. Said pole had its metal box suspended directly at the head level of Elder Horsley. I'm all good though! I have some bruises, but it doesn't really hurt or anything. It just looks funny. It was absolutely epic. Then a guy ran across the street to "heal" me. He had a skull mask on and it was incredible. I'm all good now! There is no residual damage. Now for other highlights of the week! - Jeffrey is on date! We're so excited for him! He will be baptized at the end of May, so that's super exciting. - Freeman and Cornelius were both super stoked that the Law of Chastity was a thing, so that's always goo...

Тиждень Вісім - Week Eight

Hey Everyone! It literally feels like it has been one day since I sent out an email, except it has been a week and now I'm sitting here at my desk typing on a computer and wondering what on Earth actually happened during the last seven days. I know a ton of stuff happened, but now everything in the MTC is blurring together and I don't actually know what was this week or last week or next week or anything haha. All I know is that my time in the MTC is almost done! Next week is my last week that I will spend in the MTC, which is just insane to me! At the end of next week, I will have been a missionary for TWO ENTIRE MONTHS, which does not feel real. I'm so happy for my 9 weeks in the MTC, because they have been awesome. Honestly, at first I was really worried about it and I thought spending two months in the MTC was going to be pretty brutal, but I wouldn't trade this time for the world.
