Heyo everyone! I'm actually writing my email in the morning today. This is absolutely insane. I can't even tell you the last time I wrote an email with more than 10 minutes left in pday, probably because it was during my training. We had an awesome week, and I wanted to make sure I had enough time to write down all of our cool experiences! - Jeffrey is once again alive. We had been teaching him about a month ago, and then he broke his phone and became homeless. We thought he had died. Alas, he was able to make contact with US this week and he told us he wants to be baptized! That may be a challenge because his life is psycho, but the good news is that he isn't dead! MILAGROS! - We found this huge African family where neither of the parents speak English, but the kids do. They have to translate for us, and also none of them can read. They're awesome though! We helped them get the Book of Mormon app so they could listen to it in French, and they're stoked about it. They also came to church and were absolutely hyped when we told them that had gone to Jesus Christ's ACTUAL RESTORED CHURCH. They freaked out they thought it was so cool. - Our friend Coker and his whole entire family came to church too! We had to sit with all the kids during primary so the adults could go to elders quroum and relief society and get to know the ward. We had 8 children with us, and I have decided that sitting through primary with 8 children is absolutely insane. You will never catch me doing that again. Psych, probably will because I want those two families to all get baptized. - James came to church and the members balled up in welcoming him and he LOVED IT! He's such a stud, and we're going to invite him to be baptized the next time we see him. - Covid restrictions are literally gone - I love Texas - I love you - But most of all I love Jesus - You should too I found some awesome scriptures while reading Isaiah this week: Isaiah 25:8-9 (8) He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it. (9) ¶ And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the Lord; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation. JESUS CHRIST IS THE BEST AND I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH! He loves you, and I love you too (just not quite as much because that's impossible 😂). I hope you all have the absolute best weeks ever! Go get yourself some Taco Bell or something. It really is the greatest thing and they definitely have them in Heaven. Don't quote me on that one though.
