Exchange's

Heyo! Man this last week just flew by. We had exchanges on Thursday which was awesome! It was with the Zl's, and I got to go into their area which was super fun. I loved it so much, and we got to teach three lessons and have a dinner appointment with the Bishop of their ward. The lessons were awesome, and the people that we taught were so cool. I'm stoked to try and get a teaching pool like the Zone Leaders, because they're super busy all the time. Honestly I know it'll probably come back to haunt me at some point but I really do just want to be busy all the time haha. We're pretty busy this upcoming week though, so I'm super excited! We've had some slow weeks as we've gotten into the area, just because we split and area with the sisters and took the half where there were no people they had been teaching. We've been working hard to call people and find those who are interested in hearing our message. We can't knock on doors or go anywhere without an appointment, but we have gotten some appointments for this next week. I can't wait! All the people we have met are super cool. Please keep them in your prayers, especially Krannah, Richard, Consuelo, and Sierra. We also have interviews with the mission president tomorrow, and I can't wait! He's such an awesome guy, and I can't wait to talk with him. For my spiritual thought this week, I wanted to share an excerpt from a talk that I read. It says "In any of life’s travels, why would you ever turn away from the only Savior who has all power to heal and deliver you? Whatever the price you must pay to trust Him is worth it." I know that this is so true. Oftentimes things are hard and we do not know why, and we can either choose to be mad at the world or turn to our loving Heavenly Father. I can promise you that it is always worth it to turn to our Father in Heaven. He loves each of us infinitely and wants the best for us. We may not always understand why we're experiencing our trials, but we can always remember that God is there to help us. It is always worth it to trust in Him. Don't forget it. I love you all and hope your weeks are the best ever! Remember that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love you more than you could ever imagine! They're your number 1 fans! - Elder Horsley 1) What a coincidence that both my apartment and house are somewhere in the vicinity of St George. 2) THE BOYS 3) Dr Pepper Shake at Whataburger 4) Elder Jones is an icon
